The client agrees to indemnify Shad Consulting, its employees and partners against any claims, losses or damages arising as a result of misuse of the outputs, breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or relating to these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . First, an amicable settlement shall be sought; if no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom .
